Did Burn Intervals today. Now, normally I can get through this workout with a breeze. BUT...I think since I am now in the Lean Phase and the workouts are tougher and longer I was a bit sore. lol So I had to push through Burn Intervals today. I did a bunch of other stuff today too around the house and then weighed in. I'm still holding strong at 137 Yaay me!
