Been really busy today but I did complete Push Circuit 3. I just now am getting to post about it. PC3 was mainly legs and chest. Lots of thigh work, which I need, so it works out good. Little bit of a longer warm up and stretching because there is a lot more leg work involved. Got through it easy though. I really need to increase my weights. Tomorrow is cardio and I can't wait! Love cardio days!
