Second day doing Burn Intervals.
Did Burn Intervals again today. I did better today then when I did it the first time. The plyometrics seemed easier to do. Still have a little trouble working triceps. But I'll get there. I've noticed I've lost an inch on my waist. Which is awesome! I still have to do the Ab workout which I will do in just a few minutes. I have also noticed in my cool down that I'm a lot more flexible. My stretches are getting easier and easier. Another day down. Not a missed workout yet! :)
