Push Circuit!

Today I moved onto the second phase of ChaLean Extreme. The Push Circuit. In the push circuit you will work either your upper or lower body in singular muscle-group-focused moves. You'll push your body's muscles to the max. Even the breakdowns are more intense.

The reason I am moving onto the next phase is because I have some other Beachbody programs I'm really excited to do soon. ChaLean Extreme is a 3-4 month process that I will be doing for about 8 weeks instead. Each phase being 2 weeks.

I'm hoping to order Rev Abs when it comes out this week. I'm really excited to try it. Then on to INSANITY!
