Campbell's Chicken Stir-fry

I just thought I'd share a recipe for what I made for supper tonight. You can find it on the Campbell's Kitchen site here: Chicken Stir-Fry. It was oh so delicious, easy to make and good for you! :)

Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 20 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Vegetable cooking spray
1 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 cups cut-up fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots, green or red peppers)
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Healthy Request® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cups hot cooked rice, cooked without salt

Directions:

Spray a 12-inch skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and stir-fry until it's well browned. Push the chicken to one side of the skillet.

Add the vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry until they're tender-crisp. Stir in the soup, milk, soy sauce and garlic powder and cook until the chicken is cooked through. Serve the chicken mixture over the rice.
