No Soreness!

Finished up Burn Circuit 2. Was able to use 15-20 pound weights on leg work and arm rows. Was also able to use 10 pound weights on triceps. Which is my really weak area. So I think I'm moving right along. I'm not sore at all anywhere. In fact I really can tell my legs are getting so much stronger.

Tomorrow is Burn Intervals and Abs. My two Favorites!
