Rest Day.

Today is a rest day from ChaLean Extreme.
But I didn't exactly rest.
Had all my deep cleaning to do today which included:
Vacuuming
sweeping
mopping
scrubbing bath tubs
shampooing carpets
laundry
wash curtains
take out trash
on hands and knees scrubbing laundry floor (darn grout)
Clean miss Iris's cat box
Give Dog a bath and clip her fur
dishes
counter top
dust
wash slip covers
mow yard
wash bed sheets

SO as you can see it wasn't quit a rest day. BUT...now I am all almost done and can rest later. :)
