Finally.

It's 5:30 pm and I FINALLY got the chance to do my Burn Circuit 3. Lots of shoulders today. Oh and calf raises. Since it was lots of shoulder work I used 10 pounds as my lightest and 20 as my heaviest when doing lower body. Legs are getting stronger!

Tomorrow's workout is *Burn it off* and *Recharge*
