Push Circuit 2!

Finished Push Circuit 2 today. Lots of shoulder work. I keep this up I'm going to have some awesome looking shoulders! Legs are really getting stronger. I was able to breeze through the leg work which means I need heavier weights. I used 15-20 lb weights. Guess I better get me some 25's! Weighed in today and I'm at 138. Goal for the moment is 135. I've learned that if I make my goals with just 2 or 3 pounds it's a lot easier for me to keep my goals. If I was to say I had a goal of 10 pounds that goal seems so far off. I might not work hard enough to keep that goal. Just finished eating supper then off to do some cardio as soon as my food settles.
