I just finished up day three and I did Burn Intervals and Ab Burner.
Burn Intervals is a combination of strength and cardio training. Over 40 minutes of it. The cardio is bursts of intense high energy activity. Lots of plyometrics, kickboxing, jump rope, etc.
Ab burner was lots of fun. I could feel the abs going to work that's for sure!
Tomorrow is Burn Circuit 3. Can't wait!
